The New Rochelle Public Library will host free, virtual civics classes to educate participants on the process of becoming a citizen, and to prepare participants for the naturalization interview and test. Classes will be held on Thursdays, March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, at 6 p.m. Registration is required. Effective March 2, the City School District of New Rochelle will discontinue our COVID-19 related “No Visitor'' Policy during school hours. Principals will continue to schedule appointments during the school day at their discretion. School events, parent-teacher conferences, and Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meetings may take place either in-person or virtually.
