All requests for the use of facilities by ALL groups/organizations shall be made using the District’s online facility request form. Requests shall be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date the specified facilities are desired.
Not - for Profit Organizations / Outside Vendor(s) must submit the below documentation:
COPY OF TAX ID FORM
CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE (NAMING CSDNR AS THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER)
PROVIDE ANY ADVERTISEMENT USED TO PROMOTE THIS EVENT

A Certificate of Liability Insurance and Hold Harmless Clause is required for each vendor.
NRHS AND Middle Schools Field(s)/Gym spaces require approval by the Athletics Director.
NRHS Auditorium or Theatre spaces require approval from the Theatre Mgr./PAVE Director.
All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon to the left of the below video. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The video and Quick Start Guide below will provide additional information.
