The Board of Education has approved naming the library at Albert Leonard Middle School in memory of beloved teacher Karen Johnson, who passed away in February. Her husband and son, Robert Johnson and Robert Johnson Jr., were on hand at the Board meeting at Albert Leonard to honor Mrs. Johnson, fondly remembered for touching so many lives and always advising others to “choose joy.” A plaque will be erected at The Karen Johnson Library in tribute.
