THE SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS SHALL INFORM THE REQUESTER OF HIS DECISION IN WRITING WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF AN APPEAL. IF DENIED, THE REASONS FOR DENIAL MUST BE FULLY EXPLAINED.
